By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor
The collaboration with SAP is expected to help customers in optimizing investments in SAP enterprise solutions, including SAP ERP, SAP customer relationship management (SAP CRM) and business intelligence.
The association enables Mobiquity to strengthen its leadership as a mobile solutions provider of choice for organizations. Its customers are looking to leverage its experience base across the full range of mobile services.
"Mobiquity is very excited to collaborate with SAP in bringing mobile enterprise solutions to the marketplace,” said Scott Snyder, president and chief strategy officer, Mobiquity, in a statement.
“We're confident this relationship will yield great dividends for both companies, but most importantly, deliver innovative mobile solutions with real payback for our respective clients," Snyder added.
The tie up between Mobiquity and SAP will enable SAP's clients to develop business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-employee (B2E) and business-to-business (B2B) mobile strategies and to increase revenue opportunities, maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.
"Teaming with Mobiquity, with its expertise in enterprise platforms, mobile solutions and the building of mobile applications, will strengthen SAP's ability to bring added value to our clients quickly and effectively," said Chris McClain, senior vice president, Global Mobility and Sybase (News - Alert) Solutions, SAP.
As part of the collaboration, Mobiquity will also combine its strength in mobile application business with the Sybase Unwired Platform and the Afaria device management solution to develop integrated and secure mobile experiences for both customers and SAP's Mobility Practice.
Recently, Mobiquity announced its partnership agreement with Apperian, a mobile application management company, to leverage Apperian's (News - Alert) Enterprise App Services Environment platform to accelerate app creation. Apperian's Enterprise App Services Environment platform will also help Mobiquity maintain security, visibility and control.
