Internap - ecenta Joint Venture Benefits SMEs

Internap will aid ecenta in the deployment of its hosted contact center solutions. Ecenta's Sap Business Communications Management Solutions, designed essentially for SME customers, who are looking for customized, scalable applications that maximize productivity and improved service response times, will now have something to cheer about, as Internap integrates its solutions with SAP applications, enabling fast and easy deployment, flexibility to accommodate a distributed workforce, and the ability to grow quickly as business requirements change.

Venugopal added that they needed a hosting provider with a worldwide presence and a proven track record of performance and reliability. Internap's IP routing and Managed Hosting solutions would enable service transparency through a reliable, scalable, flexible, cost-effective network.

In a related news release, Internap Network Services Corporation, announced an expansion of the Houston data center at 1301 Fannin Street. A total additional 5,000 square feet of net sellable space will provide Houston colocation customers with a modern, highly-secure and weather-resistant facility for hosting business-critical data and applications.
